For shopaholics: Les Printemps, Les Galeries Lafayette and Citadium are just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. You can even take the kids to Disneyland on the direct RER A line, a 5-minute walk from Auber station. Its central location makes it perfect for tourists discovering the French capital on foot for the first time, being close to many famous landmarks and places of interest such as Opera Garnier, Place Vendome, Place de la Madeleine, Concorde and Le Jardin des Tuileries, Le Musée du Louvre, Le Palais Royal, Musée de l'Orangerie,... We also recommend visiting Paris's external tourist attractions, such as the Château de Versailles. ## Transportation This apartment is close to the following metro stations: - Havre - Caumartin (metro lines 3 and 9) - Madeleine (metro lines 8, 12 and 14) - Auber (RER A) You can take the Roissy Bus to/from Charles de Gaulle ( CDG ) airport. It's a 5-minute walk from the apartment. All 24-hour cab services (Uber, G7, cabs, etc.) are just 2 minutes away. You can also enjoy the view by taking buses 20, 21, 27, 29, 32, 42, 45, 52, 66, 95 and N15. You can even explore the city by bike (VELIB), as there's a station just a two-minute walk from the apartment.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Thank you for taking care of our apartment as if it were your own.
- Pets are not allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Respect the neighbors and avoid noise in the common areas (corridors, landings, hall, courtyard, stairs) including parties that I do not allow for this reason. On the other hand, if you wish to organize an event (Show room, presentation, filming, etc ...) please contact us.
- Do not throw anything out the windows (papers, rubbish, cigarette butts) and do not disturb the watchman if you have a problem/questions or queries. Send us an email, or call us directly, we remain available during your stay for any problem or information.
- When you leave, we simply ask you to leave the apartment clean as well as to take down your trash in the premises available. Leave the apartment as you found it (furniture and objects in their place, etc.). Do not worry about the sheets and towels, we will take care of them directly when you leave.
- If the keys are lost, stolen or forgotten, you will have to bear the costs of replacing them, changing the lock, and moving a locksmith. Above all, keep us informed because the prices of these people go from the simple to the double! We will then give you the phone of a serious certified professional or better, look in the welcome booklet that we have made, you will find the number you need!
- In accordance with the HADOPI law of December 31, 2009, we remind you that the pirating of paid artistic works is prohibited and punishable by law.
- You will also find a lot of information in the apartment welcome booklet.
- Please do not subscribe to pay TV channels, as you would have to pay for the subscription until the unsubscribed month (in general, subscriptions have a 1 year commitment period!).
- These rules are essential for the good behavior of my apartment, respect for the neighborhood and keeping your reservation, so thank you for respecting them so that your stay goes smoothly!
