The 45m2 apartment has a double bedroom.
It consists of a large elegant and refined living room, a beautiful bedroom, a functional kitchen fitted and equipped, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. The apartment is very secured. This is because to enter the building courtyard, you will need to put the code, then another code for the apartment area. Behind the second door there is a watchman also.
Located in a courtyard, it is very quiet. The common space makes you feel like you are in a four star hotel.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,- Merci de prendre soin de mon appartement comme si c’était le vôtre. Respectez les voisins et évitez le bruit dans les parties communes (couloirs, paliers, hall, cour, escaliers) notamment les fêtes que je n’autorise pas pour cette raison. Ne jetez rien par les fenêtres (papiers, détritus, mégots de cigarette) et ne dérangez pas le gardien si vous avez un problème. Envoyez moi un email, ou appelez-moi directement, je reste disponible pendant votre séjour pour tout problème ou renseignement. Quand vous partez, je vous demande simplement de laisser la cuisine propre ainsi que de descendre vos poubelles lors de votre départ. Laissez l’appartement comme vous l’avez trouvé (meubles et objet à leur place, etc.) Ne vous occupez pas des draps et des serviettes, je m’en occupe directement à votre départ. Si les clefs sont perdues, volées ou oubliées, vous devrez prendre en charge les coûts relatifs à leur remplacement, au changement de la serrure, et au déplacement d’un serrurier. Surtout, prévenez moi car les prix de ces gens là vont du simple au double! Je vous communiquerai alors le téléphone d’un professionnel agréée sérieux. Conformément à la loi HADOPI du 31 décembre 2009, nous vous rappelons que le piratage d'œuvres artistiques payantes est interdit et puni par la loi. Vous trouverez dans le livret d'accueil de l'appartement beaucoup d’informations, et aussi les destinations que vous pouvez appeler gratuitement avec le téléphone de la maison . S’il vous plait, ne souscrivez pas à des chaînes de télévision payantes, car vous devriez payer l’abonnement jusqu’au mois de désabonnement (en général, les abonnements ont une période d’engagement de 1an !) Ces règles sont essentielles pour la bonne tenue de mon appartement, du respect du voisinage et du maintien de votre réservation, alors merci de les respecter afin que votre séjour se passe idéalement!
