- Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one
- The garage has a vertical clearance of 7’2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans
Other things to note:
- Check-in for this listing ends at 9pm CST
- Atrium unit: the windows face the interior atrium so there is less natural light than an exterior unit
- HVAC systems are controlled by the building’s management company and settings cannot be adjusted by guests, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels of each throughout the year
- The community laundry room requires using the Wash mobile app which has a $10 reload minimum. The cost per load for washers and dryers is roughly $2 each
- Trash must be placed in dumpster or trash chute, never left in public areas. Cardboard must be broken down and never placed down trash chute. Minimum charge of $25 per bag/item that isn’t properly disposed of
