Villa Il Corte with private swimming pool is located in the characteristic village of Racale, south of Salento. The villa is divided into five apartments, ideal for families or friends who want to spend a holiday together! The beaches are a 15-minute drive away and a number of restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance.
You’ll have a fenced patio with a heated swimming pool, sun beds, garden furniture and parasols at your disposal. Free parking is possible on the street near the villa.
Villa Il Corte consists of 3 one-bedroom apartments with bedroom, bathroom en suite, living room with folding bed and single sofa bed and kitchenette, and two studio apartments (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), bathroom and kitchenette. Only small pets allowed.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
