This is a retreat, for healing, for peace, for fun. There is a private boat ramp, slip, and lift (currently out of service) at this fabulous bayfront home! One of the few, a rare find... Please contact us for approval if you need to use the boat equipment, (that is for experienced boaters only). A deposit is required. No boat, that’s okay, fish right off the dock, then clean and cook your fresh catch on the grill provided. What an adventurous place to gather and vacation! After a fun day around the water, enjoy watching the evening sky change to gorgeous sunset colors. There is also a picnic table and grill under the house along with the swing for your enjoyment. Make time during your stay to head over to the famous Kemah Boardwalk, only 3.6 miles away, for dinner, drinks, shopping, rides and festivities. You won’t want to go home, so book a few extra days if you can! Home Rules Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
