Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.- This property is located on a dirt road. It is a short drive from a paved road. The dirt is compacted and easy to drive on, but recent weather events have created dips and bumps that may challenge low-clearance vehicles.- Please be aware that wildlife may be present, such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival but be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.- This property has exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Cameras are located by the front entry.- Due to the remote location of our home, guests may experience unannounced power outages.- To help everyone enjoy a peaceful stay and to remain in good standing with our neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please note that local county quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, but we ask guests to start winding down a bit earlier.- Just a friendly reminder that if you’d like pool heat during your stay, requests and payment must be made at least 48 hours before check-in, as we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate mid-stay requests. Pool heat is $50 per night +tax, and is only available from October through June. The pool heat is set to 80 degrees. Any higher temperature can damage the pool/spa. Lastly, while we’ll do our best to ensure a comfortable experience, outdoor weather conditions may affect how well the water heats. Thank you so much for your understanding!Parking Details:- The large driveway can accommodate 6 vehicles.- No garage.- No street parking.---The room configuration is as follows:Primary Bedroom / King bedBedroom 2 / Queen bedBedroom 3 / Queen bedBedroom 4 / Queen bed---This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
