The Wynwood Residences are perfect for large groups who want the ability to spread out and enjoy their own space at times. The complex is comprised of 4 separate units. There are two 2bd/2ba units and two 2bd/1ba units. The residences are only about 5 minutes walking from the heart of Wynwood. No need to get a car, just uber from the airport and walk the rest of your trip!
The kitchens are fully stocked and we are central to everything South Florida has to offer. Every room was designed to make
Smart TV and the fastest WiFi possible in the area. The Wynwood Residences are a brand new build in the heart of Wynwood! Equipped with all new beds and furniture. There are four separate kitchens and dining spaces with shared yard.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
