We are located within the private community of Towamensing Trails, which offers a 194 acre lake with -private sandy beach -pool (seasonal) -volleyball, basketball & tennis courts -playground -clubhouse, snack bar & arcade Upon arrival, you will be greeted with guest passes (bracelets) to enjoy all of these amenities. **Please note due to community regulations, every rental is only allotted 8 guest passes. Anyone over the age of 5 must wear one. Please be honest with your number of guests at the time of booking. Pool/lake open for swimming starting Memorial Day closes after Labor Day weekend We also have no control over the Towamensing Trails decisions on amenity closings including pool, lake, boat rentals, etc. We can not promise community amenities will be open/available during your stay.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
