Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Welcome to Reunion Resort! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, please follow these important house rules:
- Parking: Guests and visitors must adhere to all parking regulations and be mindful of neighbors.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
- Substances: The use of illegal substances is not allowed on the property or within the resort.
- Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted.
- Pets: No pets or animals are allowed on the property.
- Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted. Please adhere to the maximum occupancy limit.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet time begins at 10 p.m. Please respect your neighbors.
- Trash Disposal: Dispose of all garbage in the designated trash bins.
- Pool Safety: Follow all swimming pool rules and be mindful of water depth.
- Energy Conservation: Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronics when leaving. Close windows and lock doors for security.
- Damages: Report any damages or breakages in a timely manner.
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4 p.m., and check-out is at 10 a.m.
