The apartment, equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, welcomes guests with the living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV, dining table and chairs, the living room overlooking the balcony and further with the separate kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, citrus press, coffee machine and toaster. The apartment, equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, continues with the bedroom with a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe, air conditioning and view of the cozy balcony at the back. The floor plan of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine. Guests can park the car in their private garage. The apartment is characterized by high quality finishes, thanks to which guests can enjoy comfort at the highest level throughout their holiday on Lake Garda! The apartment, in fact, is completely new with parquet floors, furniture, LED design lighting. The apartment is within walking distance of the tennis courts, which can be easily reached on foot. The pool is 14x8 meters and can be used from May 15th to September 15th. With a small additional charge, possibility of providing a cot and a child seat. Pets are not allowed.
