A rustic, tasteful holiday home in Carcente with wooden flooring. 3 people can be hosted in 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. With a balcony here overlooking a splendid view of Lake Como, you will surely be in awe. The holiday home is spread over two floors with a night floor and a day floor, connected via wooden staircase which is certainly not suitable for kids aged below 6 years.
The center of San Siro Rezzonico is 5.5 km away and Lake Como is just 200 m from the property. A visit to Lugano is certainly worthwhile (48 km) and you can enjoy hiking in the area. A drive would lead you to tour around the nearby hotspots.
The well-equipped kitchen offers you the chance to prepare your favorite dishes and the sleeping rooms have comfortable beds. The living room has a sitting area and a TV and you can end the day relaxed with a cup of tea on the balcony with a view.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
