sitting room is designed for comfort and style, featuring plush sofas,
a TV, a bookshelf, and tasteful artwork. A cosy reading corner adds to
the charm, making it a perfect space to unwind. KITCHEN & DINING
Flowing seamlessly from the living area, the fully equipped kitchen
features a Quooker tap, a coffee machine, and an exposed brick wall for
added character. The dining area, with chairs and a bench, sits beside
glass doors that fully retract, opening onto the patio garden and
bringing the outdoors in. BEDROOMS Master Bedroom: A luxurious retreat
with a super king-sized bed, a vanity table, and ample wardrobe space.
The room leads to an open-plan bathroom, featuring a sleek sink area,
with a separate shower and WC enclosed behind glass. Second Bedroom: A
comfortable double bedroom with bedside tables, lamps, and a desk,
ideal for work or study. BATHROOMS The stylish family bathroom features
a deep bath with an overhead shower, a sink, and a WC. A guest loo on
the ground floor adds extra convenience. OUTDOOR SPACE The lovely patio
garden, accessible from the kitchen, is perfect for al fresco dining
(with a gas BBQ) or simply enjoying some fresh air in a peaceful
setting. WE LOVE The blend of modern design and classic charm, from the
exposed brick wall to the seamless indoor-outdoor living. The Parsons
Green location, with its village-like feel and fantastic local spots,
makes this an exceptional home for a London stay. (Please note: the top
floor is private and locked off.) Home truths: No smoking, pets or
parties. Note that the second, (top) floor of this home is locked off
to guests. This home has a Sonos Music System. To rent this property,
the minimum age requirement is 25 years old. Although we always
endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing
