Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - A deposit of 20,000 baht is required upon check-in
- - Check-in after 3pm and check-out before 12pm
- - Check-in before 6am will be charged 100% of the room rate for the day; check-in after 6am will be charged an additional 1,500 baht/hour early check-in fee
- - Check-out after 6pm will be charged 100% of the room rate for the day; check-out before 6pm will be charged an additional 1,500 baht/hour late check-out fee
- - When turning on the air conditioner, please be sure to close the doors and windows. The average outdoor temperature in Thailand is 30 degrees, and the convection of cold and heat can easily cause the air conditioner to stop suddenly! It will cause more electricity usage and dripping of air conditioner
- -Please close doors and windows at all times. Thailand is a tropical country. Snakes, rats, cockroaches, lizards, and mosquitoes are common animals that can easily enter indoors
- - Smoking is prohibited indoors. Bringing durian, mangosteen and pets will result in a fine of 5,000 baht/time
