The Master Coyote Suite features a king-sized bed, a luxurious ensuite bath with a walk-in rain shower, and a private outdoor patio. The Hummingbird Guest Room comes with a cozy queen bed, while the Cactus Guest Room is perfect for kids or small groups, featuring a double/twin bunk bed (upper twin bunk for 80 lbs or less) and a private working space with a TV. The guest bathroom includes a soaking tub and a large vanity for added convenience.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.
- Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.
- NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.
- We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.
- By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings.
- We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
- Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
- Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
