Enjoy direct, private beach access with a walkover from the house across its own dune and bask in the 75-foot-long stretch of private paradise you can call your own. It’s just a short walk to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The outdoor shower provided in the home helps you rinse off the sand in the blink of an eye after a wonderful day at the beach. The main floor of this darling beach home offers a chef’s kitchen with two dishwashers, granite countertops, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, an ice machine, a built-in oven and microwave, and two coffee makers (drip and Keurig). The gorgeous living/media room has a large cable TV, plenty of comfortable sofas, and a well-appointed mini-bar in the corner with a mini-fridge and a wine cooler. The designated laundry room has a commercial-capacity washer/dryer for your laundry needs. The extensive Gulf-front balcony off the living room is the perfect spot for alfresco meals and lounging. The top floor has a second living/media room with an equally large TV, inviting sofas and chairs, and a mini-bar with a mini-fridge and an ice machine. There are six bedrooms including three Gulf-front primary bedrooms - one of which is a main-floor accessible room. All of the bedrooms are equipped with televisions and private bathrooms. There is a half bathroom for all and an elevator to all floors. Two large decks on the beach side and one on the front side of the upper deck provide plenty of outdoor space and privacy, whether your guests feel like sunbathing or stargazing. The provided beachside propane grill is perfect for preparing today’s catch. You will also enjoy the community pool, a tennis/pickleball court, and lagoon access.
