This large first floor apartment is located a few steps from the historic center of Saludecio. It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen and a beautiful new bathroom. On the ground floor there is a common terrace, an ideal place for sunbathing, reading a book or eating and socializing until late enjoying a good glass of wine from the local vineyards.
This swimming pool has a magnificent view of the green hills and the sea. Saludecio is a small village in the Romagna hills where time seems to stand still. A peculiarity of this village are the murals that can be found on many facades. From Saludecio it is possible to make many excursions, it is not far from the sea (Cattolica, Riccione and Rimini) and from San Marino and Urbino. The house is located a few minutes from Mondaino and Montegridolfo which are interesting medieval villages with Malatesta castles .
