White cabinets against the exposed concrete brick-style work give this room a little edge to all the softness in this stylish getaway. Utilize the updated appliances for all your cooking needs and then take a seat at the 6 seat dining table. FORMAL DINING Enter through the living area or right from the kitchen to this beautiful formal dining space with its stylish chandelier, seating for 8 and a nice table space to lay out some hor dourves out for snacking. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Get outside and enjoy the Arizona sun at the pool. Cook up some food with the massive outdoor kitchen space and the variety of seating gives you all the opportunity to hit every exciting spot. There’s so much space to enjoy you. There’s a fire pit area to gather around at the end of the day to tell spooky ghost stories; green grass to play on, and soak in the beautiful sunrises/sets that Arizona is so well known for. WORK SPACE & MORE DETAILS Need privacy to get some work done? Head to the casita space by the pool to get focused on what needs to be taken care of. Currently there is only Roku TV, but feel free to sign in your streaming services! The guest have full access to the home Rental Car or Uber Pool Heat: Required November-April No Pool heat May-October Pool heat is included November through March, but the temperature is not guaranteed on days with cooler ambient temperatures. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. * We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store.
