There is an upper entrance near the street and a lower entrance by the garage. This is a very walkable neighborhood and you will have access to one parking space in a secure, gated driveway if needed. Any additional vehicles will need to park on the street. The property is located under the flight path for planes landing at the airport. While it’s typically not disruptive for most guests, some noise from passing aircraft can be expected on a regular basis. There are security cameras onsite but on the exterior of the home ONLY. The top floor bedroom with the ocean views at the home is a loft style that is accessed by a staircase but does not have an actual door like the other bedrooms.
