It includes: **A bedroom for a couple** Featuring a private bathroom (with shower, sink, and washing machine) and a spacious walk-in closet. **A large living/dining room** Equipped with a large dining table, a lounge area, a Smart TV, a sofa, an armchair, and a workspace with an additional screen for comfortable working. **A fully equipped kitchen** Including a large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and more. **A toilet** A separate WC, independent from the bathroom. ***LOCAL REGULATIONS*** PLEASE NOTE THAT, due to local regulations in Paris, this apartment can only be rented under what’s called a Mobility Lease.
