Please note that the fireplace is not in working order. Both residences include fully stocked kitchens with dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, and large and small appliances. No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Additionally, there is no central heating. Space heaters have been placed in each room for your comfort. Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats, best suited for children, are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office. Laundry: A washer and dryer are located in the garage, with complimentary laundry supplies provided. Parking: Two garage spaces are provided and accommodate most vehicles, including some SUVs. Garage measurements are 189 inches wide by 81 inches high. Additional neighborhood parking may also be available, including metered, unmetered, and pay-station spaces. Please read all posted signs. BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries. Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Property Manager at very reasonable rates. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older. Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances. City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
