Situated on a prime Balboa Peninsula block, just 6 houses from the ever-popular 38th Street beach, is our newly-constructed downstairs condo with all the desirable styling, amenities, and layout a person could want. It’s the epitome of coastal living where you can hear the ocean from your front patio and walk to the water’s edge in just seconds. Here’s what you’ll find throughout:

Queen size fold out sofa along with extra linens and pillows; best suited for children. Guests can rent rollaway twin beds in lieu of the sofa sleeper for adult sleepers if desired. Call our office to make arrangements for payment and delivery in advance of your arrival.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
