Perfectly situated as the third house back from the popular 40th Street beach, and on one of the coveted extra-wide Peninsula lots, our upstairs vacation destination has been thoughtfully and professionally prepared to provide a pleasant coastal atmosphere with practical comfort to accommodate family getaways. Front ocean view patio is shared with "A" unit, however, each unit has its own designated dining table, seating, umbrella and propane BBQ grill (Your designated patio space is on the right-hand side when facing the front of the property).

LAUNDRY:
Shared coin-operated laundry facilities are located in a utility room along the side walkway near the rear carport area. Bring your own supplies and quarters.
PARKING:
2 covered carport spaces for mid-sized vehicles are provided with access from the rear alley. Garage height 82". General neighborhood street parking can also be utilized when spaces are available (metered, unmetered or pay-station).
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds and much more! Contact us for more information.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
