Home details
Near Arnager you will find this unique holiday home with a hot tub. The house has been beautifully renovated and you will not notice in any way that the house was built in 1900, as the entire house and extensions have been modernized. The holiday home is divided into a main house and a separate holiday apartment and therefore has room for several families, who can then withdraw a little from each other if desired. The apartment has four beds and a small kitchen and bathroom. There is a 72 m2 activity room with billiards, darts and table tennis. The main house has a large, open and bright eat-in kitchen with space for 8-12 people. The bathroom in the main house has underfloor heating and a hot tub. The large living room with a large TV and Chromecast is located to the south and this is also where there is access to the partially covered wooden terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. On the east side of the house there is a large tiled morning terrace. The house has two garages and behind the extension there are plenty of parking spaces. The house is located next to the road between Rønne and Åkirkeby, but you cannot hear traffic noise inside the house. The house’s unique garden is a huge park-like garden in several sections. At the bottom of the garden you will find your own small lake, where you are allowed to try to catch a fish. The garden is huge, so there are plenty of opportunities to explore and it is located next to both relaxation by the lake and activities such as football and other ball games on the large lawn. The many trees provide the opportunity to move to the shade if the sun gets too hot. The house is located just a few kilometers from the lovely beach at Arnager, which has one of the island’s two island harbors and is really worth a visit. Not rented to youth groups.
