The Property Manager agency invites you to come and stay in this cosy, medium-term Cocoon Nantais, located on the third floor of a condominium with elevator. A brand-new building and apartment, you’ll love its layout and decor. You’ll be greeted on site by a member of staff who will introduce you to the apartment and how it works, and hand over the keys.
Please note that this apartment is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).
It comprises :
- An entrance hall leading to a living room/kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
- A sleek, well-equipped kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 2-burner induction hob, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine). To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
