Stone House Prapatna is a 6000 m² secluded and quiet estate on the southern side of island Korčula, offering an authentic and relaxed Mediterranean ambience. The stunning view over the Adriatic Sea is complimented by the inland olive groves and vineyards. The estate comprises of two houses; the original house dating back to 1652 which is included in the national heritage registry, and the newly built house. The original house has been refurbished to blend the modern design with an authentic 17th century setting. The second, newly built house, was built following an authentic architecture with a modern interior design.
Accommodating the estate, the common areas include: a garden, terrace, swimming pool with a sundeck, BBQ area, petanque court, table tennis, playground for children with swings, and bicycles and badminton set for use. The estate is fully powered with green energy, it has solar panels
Pets are are welcome without extra charge.
Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out, so you can explore the island a little more before your departure.
Private parking is provided, reservation is not required.

The original house includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living area overlooking the vineyards and sea. A comfortable bedroom is in the attic (ceiling height 1.5m) reachable by spiral stairs. The second, newly built house, was built following an authentic architecture with a modern interior design. Kitchen, dining and living area are overlooking the vineyards and the sea. Living room has a convertible sofa offering sleeping for 2 persons. The property has two private bathrooms with shower and toilet. Hair dryer is provided.
