Three large bedrooms and an exceptionally spacious living area make this apartment ideal for large families or groups of friends. The three bedrooms have each a king sized bed, spacious wardrobes and airconditioning. Two bathrooms (both with a walk in showers) always equipped with a set of towels and courtesy toiletries for each guest. In the living room the two sofas convert into two queen size beds for 4 more guests.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious home cooked meals, and the living room is spacious enough for all guests to relax together or to watch TV. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, nespresso machine, washing machine, wi-fi and air conditioning. The apartment has a garage suitable only for a city car (eg. Smart car). Larger cars can be parked along the street of the apartment or if you prefer in a managed garage.
The neighbourhood is a calm residential area which is well connected both to the EUR centre, as well as to the Metro B which will take you directly to the centre of Rome.
The apartment is located close to: Palazzo dei Congressi, Pala Lottomatica, Euroma2 Shopping Center, Basilica San Paolo Fuori le Mura and University Roma 3.
