The apartment is spread over two floors, offering ample space for up to 8 guests.
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living room complete with a comfortable sofa bed, flat-screen smart TV, and a dining table for 6. Master bedroom, boasting a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe for your belongings.
Two bathrooms - one with a walk-in shower and sink and the other with a sink and toilet. This setup is perfect for those staying on this floor, as they can share the bathrooms more easily.
The first floor is also home to the fully equipped kitchen, which features a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the basics you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Additionally, a brand-new washing machine is provided for your convenience.
Moving upstairs, you will find two double bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower. One of the two bedrooms does not have air conditioning, but the air conditioning in all the other rooms and the fans provided will keep you cool during warmer months.
The apartment overlooks the private and silent internal courtyard, making it a peaceful and quiet retreat after your daily city tours.
It’s worth noting that the ceilings on the upper floor are a bit low, but they add to the cozy and intimate feel of the rooms.

City taxes: € 6 per person per night, is not included in the total rate and has to be paid upon arrival.
Late check-in: a late check-in fee of € 30 applies for arrivals after 08.30 PM and € 50 after midnight.
