Holiday home with sauna and hot tub located in Bork Havn only approx. 700 meters from Ringkøbing Fjord. The house has a good layout, where the open kitchen and living room area will become the natural gathering place during the holiday. The house has three rooms and two lofts, so there is ample opportunity to distribute the eight sleeping places in the best possible way. The house’s large bathroom has both a sauna and a hot tub. In addition, there is an extra toilet with direct access from a bedroom. The holiday home is heated with an energy-saving heat pump and a wood-burning stove. From the living room there is direct access to a large wooden terrace, which is partially covered. The terrace invites you to relax and enjoy yourself, and it will always be possible to find a barbecue. Not rented to youth groups.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
