There is also a DVD player and Blu-ray. The house is located in Marielyst with approx. 900 meters to one of Denmark’s best beaches. The gathering point of the holiday home is the modern, bright kitchen/family room with dining and living room, where there is room for everyone. The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances, including dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer, large induction hob, built-in steam oven, built-in microwave/combi oven, coffee machine and much more. The living room is beautifully and brightly decorated with, among other things, a large TV, with Danish, German and Swedish channels, Apple TV and Chromecast for streaming your own services. There are TVs in two places in the house and wireless internet/wifi. The holiday home’s activity room contains table football, darts and game console - Playstation 4. Outside on the large natural plot there is a football goal and plenty of space to play around. Large outdoor hot tub for 7-8 people, where you can sit all year round. It is possible to go directly from the outdoor hot tub into the hot sauna, or use the outdoor shower. The summer house is extremely well laid out and there are, among other things, two bathrooms and an extra toilet. One bathroom has a washing machine, dryer and the other a sauna. There are four bedrooms, each equipped with a 180 cm. wide double bed and each guest has their own wardrobe with shelves, clothes rail and pull-out drawer. From each room there is direct access to the large wooden terrace that runs the length of the house. There is plenty of space on the three lofts and each loft is equipped with two 90 cm. wide single beds. There is underfloor heating throughout the house and the house is heated with an energy-friendly air/water heat pump. From the living room and kitchen/dining room you can go out onto the large south-west-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, where you can sunbathe, grill and enjoy yourself. There is also a covered terrace with terrace heaters, also facing south-west, where you can enjoy the late summer evenings. On the east side of the house there is also a wooden terrace, which is ideal for enjoying breakfast on, or if you just want to enjoy the sun’s rays from the morning. If the Danish summer weather is not for outdoor activities, then access to the local water park with 34 degrees warm water and a 66 meter long water slide is included. The house also offers indoor activities, so it is possible to have fun with one of the many board games. The house is located on a 1983 m2 natural plot, where there is the opportunity to frolic and get involved in the many activities.
