We are located in the forever growing city of Oro Valley, Arizona and we can confidently say that the landscape views at the base of Pusch Ridge/Santa Catalina Mountains are absolutely breath-taking. Our newly constructed 1 and 2 bedroom floorplans provide exceptional space needed for creating a lifestyle aimed towards relaxation and active living. Whenever you feel overwhelmed, we welcome you to step out and enjoy some of our mind easing amenities like our refreshing shimmering pool and spa. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- We are excited to welcome you to Property Manager!
- Property Manager requires that all guests pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check. For stays of 30+ nights, Property Manager also requires SSN to run a soft credit check on the primary guest. Once you book, we’ll share a secure link for you to access our screening process.
