The house is on 2 levels and on the ground floor there is a large and bright living room, which is connected to the kitchen and a good dining area and a pool table. Bedroom with double bed and two bathrooms with shower and toilet, one of which has a hot tub. On the ground floor there are several exits to the courtyard and terraces. On the 1st floor there is a living room with alcove and two bedrooms with double bed and two bedrooms with 3/4 beds and a guest toilet. There are several terraces for relaxation. The house is located in the middle of Øster Hurup town within walking distance of the water, the harbor and a common playground. Not rented to youth groups.
