Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Please note that a rental agreement will need to be signed prior to check-in. Below is a recap of the house rules that will be described in the rental agreement:
- - This building is pet-free
- - This is a smoke-free environment
- - For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the checkin time to 6:00 PM
- - Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
- - Please only use the parking spots that are dedicated to your unit. *Parking limited to 1 vehicles per apt as it is on a first come first serve basis.*
- - Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint. Any damage is sole responsibility of the Guest.
- - No parties or gathering allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
- - For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- - Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
- - No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 ad 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
- - Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay
- - For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property
- For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.
