An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse. Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it...) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray!
- Our grills are propane grills, please be advised that propane must be provided by the guest. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee that the propane tank will be filled upon arrival.
- There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.
- We can accommodate a maximum of 18 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :)
- The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property.
- No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
- Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
- We ask that you respect the checkout time of 10AM to allow our cleaners enough time to prepare for the next guest. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250.
- Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (3) per reservation. Up to (3) cars may park on the designated area.
- Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!
- Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
- No fireworks of any kind.
- No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
- Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.
- Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. All trash MUST be bagged and placed in proper receptacle. Failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300.
- Report damages immediately.
- We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.,Start: 22:00, End: 8:00
