Additional Rooms: - Downstairs Living Room - Downstairs Dining Room - Upstairs Loft - Game Room with game console, ping pong table, air hockey - Movie theater room - Outdoor Patio Furniture - Outdoor pool and Hot tub During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to Resort amenities such as - Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park; - Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa; - Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa; - Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa; - The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion; - Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park; - Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center. IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the CDD amenities listed above. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored. Guests will have access ONLY to the Reunion CDD amenities. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
