An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray!
- IF YOU WOULD LIKE POOL HEAT AND/OR HOT TUB, IT MUST BE REQUESTED IN WRITING A WEEK PRIOR TO CHECK-IN (as it requires up to 24 hours to heat). TO ADD THIS AMENITY, YOU AGREE TO PAY $35 PER DAY OF USAGE. ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY IF A WEEK'S NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN.
- We do welcome furry friends! However, a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is REQUIRED. We allow UP TO (1) two house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs). A pet fee and $150 security deposit is required.
- It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up and disposed of properly.
- Our grills are propane grills, please be advised that propane is usually provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay.
- There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.
- We can accommodate a maximum of 18 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :)
- The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property.
- No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
- Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
- Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (2) per reservation. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway.
- Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!
- Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
- No fireworks of any kind.
- No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
- Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.
- Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.
- Report damages immediately.
- We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
