Whether you’re counting down to park openings or simply savoring a sunset splash, the space moves with your rhythm. Sleeping arrangements Downstairs you’ll find a king bedroom and a bedroom with two queen beds and a crib, offering privacy for parents or couples. Upstairs the layout continues with additional king bedrooms, themed rooms that feature bunk beds and twin beds, and rooms equipped with full and twin beds. All 17 beds and six baths are laid out exactly as listed, making it easy to plan who sleeps where. Kitchen & dining The full kitchen provides generous prep space, modern appliances, and everything needed for real meals. An indoor dining area seats the whole group, while an open flow between the kitchen and living spaces keeps conversation lively as dishes are shared. Outdoor living Step onto the patio to discover a private pool and hot tub surrounded by ample seating, perfect for warm‑day swims or relaxed evenings under the Florida sky. A BBQ grill invites casual outdoor meals, and beach essentials are provided for day trips to the coast. Entertainment & amenities The upstairs Star Wars loft sparks imagination, while a dedicated game room offers a pool table, consoles, and additional games for friendly competition. TVs are placed throughout the home for movie nights, and practical touches include a washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and self check‑in w/ smart lock for seamless arrivals. Resort access & location Your stay includes Windsor at Westside resort access, granting you entry to a clubhouse, fitness center, water park, lazy river, sports courts, and on‑site dining. Disney World lies just 20‑25 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios also within easy driving distance, making theme‑park adventures effortless. Perfect for Family reunions, multi‑family vacations, and groups who crave themed fun, ample space, and convenient Orlando attractions—all anchored by a comfortable home base where everyone can find their own spot to unwind. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to community amenities. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side. The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that’s why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area. We appreciate your understanding!
