Entry (Main Level): Entering from the garage, you’ll have a powder room on your left and the main foyer on your right. Continuing past the entrance, you step into the spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area.
Kitchen (Main Level): The kitchen features a stunning tile backsplash, marble countertops, and modern, upgraded appliances, ready for preparing your culinary delights.

Dining: The dining area features a rustic wood table with seating for 8, centered beneath a beautiful antler chandelier. Surrounded by expansive windows showcasing peaceful forest views, it’s the perfect spot for shared meals and mountain memories.
Living Room (Main Level): Just past the kitchen area is the spacious living room, with plenty of windows. You’ll have ample natural light and amazing mountain views while the home backs directly up to the Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve. The living room features the following:

Sleeping Arrangements: 4 Bed, 3.5 Bath –
• Primary Bedroom (Bottom Floor): king-size bed, SmartTV with cable, gas fireplace, dresser, hot tub access, and an ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes his & her vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking Whirlpool tub.
• Second Bedroom (Bottom Floor): Twin over full bunk bed, flatscreen TV with cable, dresser, and closet. This room shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom.
• Third Guest Bedroom (Bottom Floor): Queen bed, TV with cable, dresser, and walk-in closet. This room shares a full bathroom with the second bedroom.
• Fourth Bedroom (Top Floor): King-size bed, SmartTV with cable, gas fireplace, dresser, closet, and an ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes his & her sinks and walk-in shower.
Laundry: A full-size washer & dryer are located in the laundry closet on the bottom level at the end of the hallway.
This home has space for 1 vehicle in the garage and 1 vehicle in front of the garage for a total of 2 parking spots.
We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.
This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
