The Home
This spacious and rustic home is located in the countryside and in a wooded area. The royal garden has a lawn with many trees: olive, apricot and oak trees. Behind the apartment is a terrace, garden furniture and a large pool (10 x 6 m) with an outdoor shower. With these different facilities, the apartment is well suited for families with children. The apartment is very centrally located and still offers a lot of privacy due to the tree-rich surroundings.
Only 3 km away is Draguignan, a lively little town in the middle of a large wine-growing region and with a cozy old town centre. The old town is surrounded by ancient city gates that enclose a network of cozy squares and picturesque narrow streets.
For golf enthusiasts there is a beautiful golf course about 10 km away. Prefer to lie on the beach? The well-known seaside resorts of Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez, Saint-Aygulf, Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël are around 50 km...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
