DFO Uni Hill is located at 2 Janefield Drive Bundoora. DFO Uni Hill is easily accessible by both car and public transport. The Bundoora campus, in the north-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, is 18 kilometres north-east of Melbourne’s city centre – a relaxing environment surrounded by open spaces and native parklands. The campus, with East and West sections on either side of Plenty Road, houses many of RMIT’s engineering, health and medical sciences and education programs. You’ll find a range of interesting local sites and attractions including Bundoora Park and the Bundoora Homestead Art Centre as well as any number of indoor and outdoor activities to keep yourself entertained. The Hurstbridge train line and tram route 86 provide easy access to Bundoora and local buses frun frequently through the area. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,1. If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, we will arrange a cleaner to address your concerns within 6 hours.
  • *Any issues with cleanliness must be brought up to the host within 6 hours of check-in and must allow for remediation. No refunds will be allowed if remediation is not permitted.
  • 2. The house is professionally cleaned each stay, the guest is requested to return the apartment in a neat and tidy manner on check out - any damages, or excess cleaning will be charged to the guest.
  • 3. We work hard to make sure every guest is happy and enjoys the stay, so please ensure the total number of guests is accurate at booking.
  • 4. If extra linen & towels are requested by the guest during the stay, a fee of $30 per set of linen will be charged (Delivery availability - 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM).
  • 6. If extra towels are requested by the guest during the stay, a delivery fee of $10 will be charged (Delivery availability - 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM).
  • 7. Lost and found property
