The Space: Our apartment features a spacious open-plan living area, seamlessly blending contemporary design with cozy comforts. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, perfect for whipping up a delicious meal. The living room offers a large flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and stunning city views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The two bedrooms are designed with relaxation in mind, featuring plush queen-sized beds, ample storage space, and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. Guests have full access to the entire apartment and can also enjoy the building’s amenities, including a rooftop pool, fitness center, and BBQ area. Secure parking is available for your convenience. Our prime location in Fortitude Valley makes it incredibly easy to explore Brisbane and beyond. Here are some convenient transportation options: Public Transport: The apartment is just a short walk from the Fortitude Valley train station, providing easy access to the rest of Brisbane and surrounding areas. Numerous bus stops are also nearby, offering frequent services to the city center and other popular destinations. Walking: With a Walk Score of 95, many of the area’s attractions, including cafes, restaurants, shops, and nightlife spots, are within walking distance. You can explore the vibrant neighborhood on foot and soak in the local culture. [Fresh Linen & Towels] We strive to ensure guests enjoy their stay by providing fresh linen, including 2 bath towels per bed and 1 hand towel per bathroom. [Regarding Unexpected Cleaning Issues] If you’re not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of your apartment upon arrival, we’ll arrange for a cleaner to address the issue within 6 hours. Any cleaning-related concerns must be reported to the host within 6 hours of check-in for resolution. Failure to allow remediation will result in no refund. The house is professionally cleaned after each stay and is expected to be left clean and tidy upon checkout. Any additional cleaning costs or damages will be the responsibility of the guest. [Lost and Found] We will hold lost items for up to 2 weeks. Items can be picked up or mailed to your address, with postage charges applied. [Privacy & ID Verification] Before booking, you may be required to provide proof of identity. This measure ensures a safe environment and compliance with age verification requirements. Rooms cannot be rented to individuals under a certain age or using different names. Your personal information will remain confidential.
