Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 3. Please remember to carry your key/fob with you any time when you leave your accommodation. If your keys/fob are left behind in the accommodation, a call-out fee will be applied.

- ***6.1 Please kindly look after the keys/cards, forb, and remotes that are provided to you. The fees on you for losing the keys.
- 7. If extra cleaning is needed, cleaning fees will be applied.
- ***7.1 If you left the property extremely dirty/untidy and the regular cleaning fee won’t cover the cleaning cost, you will be charged for the additional cleaning cost.
- 8. Personal belongings left by guests in the room upon leaving shall be sent to the address indicated by the guest at their expense.
- 9. Please kindly notice that our standard check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 10 am and our cleaner will be there on time.
- If you wish to check out later than the standard check-out time you must obtain approval from the host at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled check-out time. The property manager may approve a request for late check-out at their absolute discretion.
- Late check-out without notification given to the host will incur the following additional charges applied to your Airbnb account:
- 10:00 am to 11:00 am - $30.00
- 11:00 am to 11:59 am - $80.00
- 11:59 am and later – One-day rental fee (nightly rate) shall apply.
- 10. Pets are not allowed. If the guests keep the pets on the property, a minimum of $600 penalty shall apply.
