(Please send a request before your arrival If you’d like extra linen or towels.) 【About unexpected cleaning issues】 - If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of your apartment upon arrival, we will arrange for a cleaner to solve your problem within 6 hours. - Any cleaning-related issues must be raised with the landlord within 6 hours of check-in and remedies must be allowed. If no remedy is allowed, no refund will be allowed. - The apartment is professionally cleaned after each stay and should be kept clean and tidy upon check-out - Any additional cleaning costs or damage will be borne by the guest. 【Extra Services】 - Single Air Mattresses, Travel Cots, highchairs, and Baby baths can be provided and set up upon request.
