Apartment exceptionally located in a beautiful building in the historic center of Malaga, less than 200 meters from the Plaza de la Constitución and the famous Calle Larios. Beautiful and very bright, with an unbeatable location to enjoy the historic center, in the heart of Malaga. The Picasso Museum is just a 5-minute walk away and the Thyssen Museum is 3 minutes away. It has two beautiful balconies facing a pedestrian street, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room. Free WIFI. It also has hot/cold air conditioning.

It has two bedrooms, one inside, with a double bed and the other outside, with two single beds and a beautiful glass-enclosed balcony. IMPORTANT: The bedroom facing the interior patio is very quiet, without noise. But the bedroom whose windows face the street is noisy, especially on weekends and holidays. The living-dining room has a sofa-bed. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to cook. The building has an elevator. Free WIFI.

It is a comfortable and bright accommodation, located in the historic center. It has several balconies from which to look out onto the street. Everything important is close. The cathedral, all the museums, the Atarazanas market, the Alcazaba, and the most commercial and well-known streets of the center. An ideal location for the museums, walks, gardens and monuments of the center. Nearby are also the most popular shopping streets, restaurants, taverns and cafes where life and the most genuine and cosmopolitan atmosphere take place in the center.

–How to move:
It is exceptionally located, in the center of Malaga. It is one step away from all the monuments and museums. It is also close to supermarkets, fashion stores, and the most popular restaurants. It is easy to get to from the airport and from the central bus and train stations. Just an 8-minute walk away is the Muelle Heredia bus station and the stops of the main urban bus lines. The Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is also about a 14-minute walk away, so you can quickly reach the airport and the Málaga-María Zambrano Station.

IMPORTANT: Being a very central apartment, there may be some noise at night, especially during weekends (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) and holidays.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. But smoking is allowed on the outside balconies.
PETS: they are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage that may be caused. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged for each pet for the entire reservation, as we must carry out a special cleaning to avoid harming guests allergic to dog or cat hair. We can provide bed and feeder-drinker, upon request.
CHECK IN: Arrival at the accommodation is from 15:00, but we make an effort to receive our guests at the time they need, upon request.
