Charming apartment with balconies offering wonderful views of one of the most typical and well-known streets in the historic center. Very bright, with two balconies overlooking the street, giving it a special charm. Fully equipped, it features free WIFI and air conditioning (hot/cold).

It has one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, it has an electric water heater for hot water. It also includes a hairdryer.
The living room, with two lovely balconies facing the street, is equipped with a TV, dining table, and sofa bed.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, washing machine, capsule coffee maker, toaster, and more.
The apartment is located in a fully renovated historic building, on the first floor without an elevator.

– Getting Around:
The apartment is within walking distance of all monuments and museums and just five minutes from Calle Larios. There are also supermarkets, fashion stores, and popular restaurants nearby. It is easy to reach from the airport and the central bus and train stations.
– Things to Keep in Mind:
This is a tourist accommodation certified as EcoFriendly by Property Manager.
IMPORTANT: The apartment is located in a 19th-century building on the first floor without an elevator.
It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is located inside the bedroom.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment or in the common areas of the building. Smoking is allowed on the balconies.
CHECK-IN: Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, but we strive to accommodate our guests at the time they need, upon request.
PETS: Pets are welcome. Owners are responsible for the animal’s well-being and any damage it may cause. House and community rules must be respected. A fee of €20 per pet for the entire stay will be charged to cover special cleaning required to avoid inconvenience for allergic guests. We can provide a bed and food/water bowl upon request.
