Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
  • Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • • Loud music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance of Palm Springs and will not be tolerated
  • • Primary renter must be 25 years of age, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID
  • • Renters and their guests should park in the garage, driveway or directly in front of the property to avoid ticketing. Max 5 cars
  • • Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m
  • • All dogs are to be on leashes whenever they are in unenclosed areas. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints, no dogs allowed in pool and all guests must pick up after their pets.
  • • Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both. Occupancy limit: Daily- 14 Overnight 10
  • • Smoking is not allowed inside, this includes the use of cigarettes, vape and weed
