bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a versatile 5th room—ideal as an office or
playroom, accessed through a charming barn door from the living area. Natural
light floods the spacious dining area through large picture windows, setting
the perfect mood for unwinding and soaking in the serene landscape. Dine with
comfort, seating 7-8 in the dining room or opt for a quick bite in the
breakfast nook. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, ready for
simple treats or elaborate feasts. Sink into comfy seating in the living room
for shows, games, or relaxation.
Outside, a private paradise awaits. Dive into the sparkling pool, bask on sun
beds, or savor sunset’s golden and pink hues. Hummingbirds may visit the
backyard’s desert flora, enhancing the peaceful scene. Enjoy a desert morning
in the cozy seating area, accompanied by beverages from the well-stocked
coffee and tea bar.
Rest in the primary bedroom’s king-sized luxury with premium linens. The en-
suite bathroom offers a massaging walk-in shower. A second bathroom with a
shower and tub suits post-adventure relaxation. Both feature natural, eco-
friendly toiletries. Kid-friendly facilities abound, from custom bunk beds to
baby amenities.

**NOTE: Please note that we use only external cameras for security reasons.
Cameras cover front, side, and back yard areas and are not regularly monitored
during guest stays. However, cameras may be consulted if significant house
rules violations such as parties or unauthorized pets are reported. **
**Please also note that the swimming pool is not heated.**
No parties are allowed.
No cats are allowed. Guests must request and receive approval for dogs to stay
at the property. Up to two small (<= 40 pounds), low-shed, no-shed, and
hypoallergenic breeds of dog may be approved. Breeds known to be aggressive
will not be approved. A $75 additional cleaning fee will apply per pet, if
approved. A fee of $250 per animal will apply if animals are brought to the
house without permission.
PET RULES:
1\. Dogs are required to sleep on a guest-provided bed or other guest-provided
arrangement, such as a kennel, and not on a bed, the floor, or other
furniture.
2\. Dogs are not allowed on beds or other furniture at other times.
3\. We ask that owners pick up their animals’ feces and are respectful of our
neighbors by not allowing their animals to run around uncontrolled or to make
noise such that it becomes a disturbance.
4\. Please ensure your furry friend does its business in the empty area beside
the house in the area near the pool pump and that all feces are picked up,
placed in a bag, and disposed of in the trash.
5\. Damage, messes, and cleaning up of animal feces or excessive amounts of
shed not picked up by the guest may incur an additional fee.
Please note that the maximum number of guests is based on children staying in
the twin bunk beds and an infant or small child staying in a portable crib
provided at the house. The house can host up to 6 adults in three beds--one
king and two queen--in three bedrooms in addition to the kids’ room.
Additional adults are not allowed in the house without express approval.
