Villa Giulia is located in the peaceful and picturesque village of Privlaka, not far from Zadar, perfect for a relaxing holiday on the Adriatic coast. This luxurious stone villa offers all the amenities that will make your stay unforgettable.
On the spacious terrace in front of the house there is a heated pool, ideal for enjoying and relaxing, even in the colder months. It is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing. Next to the pool, there is an outdoor dining table, as well as a gas barbecue, for enjoying shared meals in the fresh air.
The villa combines traditional stone design with modern elements, such as a glass wall that provides impressive views and natural light. On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and two bathrooms.
On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning and a TV, while the other room has two single beds and air conditioning. For additional comfort, there is also a sofa bed, so the villa can accommodate up to 6 people.
