Welcome to our massive retreat, perfect for large groups and gatherings! With ample parking and plenty of space for trailers, this home offers an incredible experience. Equipped with horse stalls, it’s also ideal for those traveling with their equine companions. Inside, you’ll find seven comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed, while its attached bathroom features a walk-in shower with two shower heads and a spacious tub. Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed, Bedroom 3 is designed for larger groups with twelve twin beds, and bedroom 4 has six twin beds and two blow-up mattresses for additional flexibility. Bedroom5 and 6 offer a cozy queen beds, ensuring a good night’s sleep for all guests. Located just a short 7-minute drive away is the Desert Peak Complex, where you can enjoy a variety of activities, including a swimming pool, rodeo grounds, motor speedway, and motor crossway. Additionally, a nearby park is within walking distance, providing a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy the outdoor BBQ & Smoker grill for all your outdoor cooking needs. Convenience is key, with grocery stores just a few minutes away, ensuring that all your essential needs are easily met. Additional Notes: It’s important to note that the owner and family respectfully lives on site in the completely separated basement unit of this large house with its own separate entrance that doesn’t intervene with any of the rented spaces of the home and is often not home. If your group is in need of a large portion of parking space, please contact us before the time of your reservation with questions or requests to ensure that we can accommodate your groups needs. House Rules & Helpful Info Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone. Pet Policy Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee: $50 for 1 dog $100 for 2 dogs Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee. Smoking & Substance Policy This is a smoke-free home: No smoking or vaping No recreational drug use Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees. Neighborhood Quiet Hours City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors. Contactless Check-In & Host Access We offer a seamless arrival with our smart lock system. If you need anything during your stay, we’re just a message or text away. Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook. Security Deposit & Damage Waiver Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation. You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.
