Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Primary Guest must be 25 and present the entire stay
- No more guests are allowed at the property than the maximum occupancy
- No smoking of any kind allowed
- Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- No overnight street parking
- No parties or events allowed
- Unless posted - the speed limit is 25 MPH
- All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle registration
- You must display the vehicle pass while inside the community
- The number of vehicles must not exceed the number of bedrooms in your rental
- Motorcycles, golf carts, class 2 and 3 e-bikes, and motorized scooters are prohibited
- RV’s, boats, and trailers must be stored in an enclosed garage
- Towels and clothes may not be hung on railings
- Weapons and fireworks are prohibited
- Trash/recycling bins stored out of sight.
