Convenient Amenities: parking for 2 vehicles are available in the carport below the villa. Guests have complimentary access to the outdoor Lakehouse pool, basketball court, volleyball court, and playground area. Seasonal access to the complex pool is also included. Access and Parking: Seabrook is a gated island and each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. Currently, each vehicle is subject to a $40 gate pass fee (included with your reservation). There is a maximum on the number of vehicle passes for each property. At this property the vehicle maximum is two, which includes LSV vehicles. Optional Luxuries: Guests can opt for a Seabrook Island Amenity Card, providing access to the Seabrook Island Beach Club, golf, tennis, and various club dining options. Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. The cards are $50 per day per family. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest.
