Getting in — Rancho San Lucas is a private residential community with 24-hour security. We send your access forms before arrival: one ID per adult and a signature on the community rules. Our concierge team files everything ahead of time so you drive straight through the gate.
Construction — the community is still growing, so there may be occasional daytime construction noise nearby.
Ownership — this home is currently listed for sale, and your stay is protected either way. We will not enter or show the home during your reservation without your permission, and in the unlikely event of a sale before your dates, we move you to an equivalent Rancho San Lucas home of the same value at no cost to you.
